I have a deep passion for helping people find themselves and better understand their relationships. I’ve devoted my career to working with people from a variety of different backgrounds to help them piece their lives and relationships back together after being touched by addiction and mental health crises. I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families using a variety of trauma-informed, strength-based, and emotion-focused modalities. My goal in therapy is to help people meet their goals and find deeper fulfillment in their lives and relationships. My work with couples is specifically focused on helping each individual better understand and communicate their emotions, needs, and dreams to their partner in a way that puts connection and respect at the center of the relationship.
