My mission is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are; I specialize in working with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and substance use. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just need someone to talk to, I’m here to connect—not lecture. My style is laid-back, real, and sprinkled with humor (yes, therapy can actually be fun sometimes). I also offer faith-based counseling.
