Welcome! I am an LCSW that specializes in working with ages 5-20. My approach emphasizes creating a safe, supportive and client centered environment where you feel fully seen and heard as we work together. I meet each individual where they are and walk with them on their unique path toward healing and growth. I utilize a range of evidence-based modalities, including Mindfulness Based Techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, and Trauma-Focused CBT.
