I am a licensed professional counselor in Virginia, Missouri, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, District of Columbia, and Maine. I provide therapy services to individuals, families, and couples through many different therapy modalities. I believe in working with my clients to find the past treatment to assist them with reaching their goals. I have had training in DBT, CBT, EMD-R, and continue to grow my therapeutic knowledge through self-training and through clinical training.
