My ideal client is someone who understands that counseling isn't always easy, but is ready to start their journey with an open mindset and determination to make themselves better. Counseling is often like healing a wound, it can be uncomfortable, but the healing process can be so rewarding in the long run. I can't wait to walk alongside you! I have worked in a mandated setting for 5 years with clients with substance use concerns. I have also worked closely with co-occurring mental health concerns. I have experience in many other areas of mental health listed below. I offer a down-to-earth style of counseling that may feel more blunt, but also real.
