Hi! My name is Savannah. I am trained as a clinical social worker which mean to me that I do psychotherapy and I also see people in the context of their family, community, and culture. I have worked in the field for twenty years. I specialize in partnering with my clients to explore life purpose, spirituality, and meaning. I have a compassion-focused approach which utilizes tools from Parts-Work Theory, CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, and Somatic (body-based) awareness.
