We all have our unique story– the one that we tell and the one that others told us about who we are and where we come from. In therapy, one of the greatest gifts is to feel seen, heard, and validated by sharing who you are, what has happened along the way, and where you are going but maybe can't quite find. Most of the clients that come see me feel anxious, unseen, and alone. Some feel angry about that disconnection, while others turn that anger inward, afraid to risk pushing others further away. Together, we can begin to create a warm, affirming space to explore these experiences with curiosity and compassion.
