I feel truly honored whenever a client enters the therapy room and entrusts me with both their pain and their hopes. It’s truly a privilege to support clients in healing and growing into their fullest potential. I believe that every individual brings with them the inner strength and ability to achieve their goals, and part of our work together is tapping into those strengths to find creative solutions. People are resilient and can thrive in any condition, given the right support and tools- just like wildflowers! A key aspect of my role is to cultivate a safe, trusting space where acceptance and growth can thrive. Rooted in a person-centered approach, I strive to meet each client where they are and tailor my support to their unique needs. Above all, I am committed to treating each person with respect, dignity, and compassion.
