Our lives are filled with many stressors including our family, careers and interpersonal relationships. I believe therapy should be a safe and open space to express your thoughts and feelings. I will work with you to create a safe and comfortable environment where you can achieve the goals you would like to set for yourself. I am trained in several evidenced based practices including TF-CBT, ARC and MATCH. I have extensive experience working in the mental health field in a variety of settings including a therapeutic day school, outpatient, residential and inpatient. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults and families.
