About

I help people move through trauma, shift limiting and painful self-beliefs, and feel more grounded in who they are without losing sight of the bigger social and cultural forces at play in their lives. As a queer, bi-ethnic Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing-trained clinician, I bring a trauma-informed, social justice, feminist, and psychodynamic lens to our work together. My approach is rooted in my years in community mental health and public service, following my Master’s degree in Social Welfare from the University of California, Berkeley.
