I support teens and adults through a warm, grounding, and deeply relational approach. My work blends talk therapy with gentle, accessible mind–body practices that help you move out of your head and into your lived experience. With a background in biology and training as a yoga teacher, I integrate somatic awareness, nervous-system regulation, and emotional attunement in a way that feels intuitive and calming. I also bring a growing foundation in perinatal and women’s mental health to support those navigating fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum transitions.
