I am a trauma-informed; licensed marriage and family therapist in the state of Connecticut. I have over nine years of post-graduate experience working with individuals across the lifespan; from children as young as five years old; teens; adults; couples; and families. I have crisis work experience and case management experience. I provide a warm; empathetic; strength-based approach to therapy that considers the whole person (mind; body; and spirit). I seek to understand clients’ needs and provide a supportive; nurturing environment that promotes healing and growth.
