I work with adults who are outwardly capable, thoughtful, and high-functioning—yet privately feel overwhelmed, self-critical, or disconnected from themselves. Our work is practical, grounded, and focused on helping you respond differently to your thoughts—so they have less control over how you feel and how you live. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults seeking confidence, clarity, and connection.
