Hi, I’m Scarlett, a therapist based in Louisiana, and I work with individuals, couples, and parents who feel like they’ve hit a wall. Many of the people who come to see me are doing their best but still feel stuck - whether it’s in their relationships, their parenting, or supporting a child with learning or educational challenges. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward, you’re not alone. My approach to therapy is solution-oriented, empathetic, and often sprinkled with humor, because meaningful work doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time.
