I use faith-based counseling and EMDR to help young women who feel lost release the weight of their past and walk fully into their God-given identity. I also help children untangle tough feelings and learn skills to handle life with courage. Through the use of TBRI principles (Trust-Based Relational Intervention), I offer support to parents who want to come alongside their child and play a positive role in their counseling journey.
