Enough! Every day is a struggle and you've had enough! Perhaps you're sick of pretending life is good and you're happy. Perhaps you're tired of not feeling safe, always being on guard. Perhaps you've had enough of relationships that don't last, friendships falling apart. Maybe you're tired of putting others needs first, never considering your own. Maybe you're sick of believing your worthless, even hating yourself. Or you're done blowing up over small things, being full of rage. Perhaps it's something else, whatever it is, you've had enough! It's time for a change and you're ready to do the work to create that change! Often these struggles are rooted in our childhood. Difficult, painful or overwhelming experiences that still haunt us can interfere with our ability to create the life we want. It is possible to heal from a difficult, even horrible, childhood.
