Welcome! I understand that starting the process of therapy and finding a therapist you connect with can be very overwhelming. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and understood without judgment. I know that opening up about your thoughts, feelings, and experiences can be very difficult and vulnerable. I strive to foster an environment where you can explore your thoughts and emotions freely, at your own pace. I also have a therapy dog who can be integrated into sessions. My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and integrative. I specialize in addressing a variety of issues including coping and self-regulation skills, anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, safe expression of feelings and self, grief, anger, safety planning, healthy relationships, and boundaries.
