I am an (AASECT) Certified Sex Therapist and Couple/Relationship Counselor, licensed in Colorado, California and Hawaii. I help individuals and those in traditional, or non-traditional, relationships, explore issues surrounding: sex, sexuality/sexual orientation, gender, sexual performance/functioning, desire discrepancy, kink/fetishes, compulsive sexual behavior/sex addiction, sexual abuse/trauma, communication, intimacy, and betrays of trust/infidelity. I celebrate diversity and approach our work together with empathy and non-judgment. I bring effective therapeutic approaches (mindfulness-, somatic-, and attachment-based) to my work with clients. I work intuitively and collaboratively to help clients better understand themselves, the dynamics of relationships, and to effectively address underlying causes, sexual dysfunction, trauma, compulsive sexual behavior, etc.
