These days, it seems to me that we are increasingly looking to technology to solve the intricacies of our relational needs (both inner and outer!) Nowhere is this more apparent than with the rising use of AI. And while this is undeniably a potentially useful tool, I feel that we are social beings who desire connecting with other people in an effort to heal our old wounds, and also to live a flourishing, meaningful life. Many of my clients suffer from a deep sense of isolation, disconnection, and strong desire to know themselves on a deeper level. They desire to be more conscious (and I do too!). I'm here to help with that process.
