Now accepting new clients. Sometimes we just need a boost and a new perspective on things. I love to meet people where they are at to help navigate personal challenges. I have a lot of experience with children, teens and adults. I can definitely help with most anxiety and depression struggles. I enjoy also working those who are challenged with situations stemming from major changes in life, to loss/grief, addictions, anger/stress management, family discord, and trauma.
