Navigating life's challenges can be overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. My approach to therapy balances practical strategies for changing unwanted behaviors with deeper exploration of how these patterns developed. Many of my clients, ages 14 and up, find themselves reflecting on early experiences and family-of-origin dynamics as part of their healing journey. I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and addiction, often uncovering the underlying trauma that has led to these difficulties. Many come to therapy feeling stuck—trapped in emotional or behavioral patterns that no longer serve them.
