Let's be honest. People are as numerous as the stars in the sky and as unique as the snowflakes in winter. As a client, you deserve a supportive, therapeutic approach based upon you, the individual. So while I, as a therapist, counselor & clinician, may sometimes gravitate toward a number of modalities such as Person-Centered, CBT and ACT, rather than shoehorn a client into a particular type of therapy, I do the opposite. I strive to consider approaches from the above or draw from additional evidence-based theories and modalities, or find a customized solution, to ultimately meet you, exactly where you are, at this moment.
