I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York and a Licensed Professional Counselor in Connecticut with over 25 years of clinical experience. I have an eclectic background working in residential treatment facilities, psychiatric hospital settings and private practices. I will assist you to, manage your negative emotions, increase your self esteem, challenge and re frame your unhelpful thoughts and find your own way to a better life.
