I focus on individual counseling and work with a wide range of adult clients (18 and up) including helping individuals through grief, trauma, anxiety disorders and depression. I also enjoy helping clients with improvements in self-confidence, self-worth and self-image, as well as relational issues. I use a client centered, eclectic approach and often utilize cognitive-behavioral, dialectical-behavioral and mindfulness based therapy techniques to aid in individualizing care for each client's specific needs. I believe in helping clients gain new perspectives and insights in order to bring about positive change in their lives.
