I am a licensed psychotherapist, licensed addiction professional and life coach with 31 years of experience in the field. My career has focused on helping individuals and families navigate and heal from the difficulties associated with life change, addictions, emotional regulation, and family of origin issues. My practice is strength based and works with adults and adolescents to resolve issues associated with addiction (alcoholism, drug use, internet, etc.), depression, anxiety, ADHD, relationships, interpersonal / family conflict, loss, and life changes (divorce, death, etc.).
