About
I am a Licensed Therapist (LMFT) with a doctorate degree in counseling psychology. I am based in North San Diego County, California, and work with clients statewide via telehealth and in-office visits. I work with adults ages 30 -80, specializing in anxiety, stress, and clinical issues using a variety of treatment approaches including Positive Psychology, Cognitive Restructuring Therapy, Rational Emotive Therapy, and Personal Development to assist my clients toward success in life and to start feeling better. I do group therapy, and individual therapy, and supervise interns.
