My practice is strength based and works with adults and adolescents to resolve issues associated with addiction (alcoholism, drug use, internet, etc.), depression, anxiety, ADHD, relationships, interpersonal / family conflict, loss, and life changes (divorce, death, etc.). The treatment focuses on looking at the entire system and provides a sustainable, researched and proven path to a better, happier life. Not just treating the problem, but identifying the issues and providing the tools to know who you are and what you need to become the person you were meant to be.
