We all want to feel joyful and fulfilled in our lives and relationships. The 30+ years I have been a therapist include private practice, running treatment centers, teaching / college level, speaking at conferences, and training other therapists. I am licensed as a clinical social worker and an addictions therapist. My experience and training have allowed me to help people improve their lives through clinical knowledge, humanistic views and cultural understanding. I help individuals and couples achieve change through insight based dialog and consciousness practices. Personal inquiry is powerful. I utilize humanistic insight into beliefs, feelings and learned behaviors increasing internal, strength and healing relationships. As we increase our strategy options from a consciousness of our internal dialog and body information we establish healthier connections and create a higher quality of life.
