I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York and a Licensed Professional Counselor in Connecticut with over 25 years of clinical experience. I have an eclectic background working in residential treatment facilities, psychiatric hospital settings and private practices. I believe everyone has their own special path to wellness and many struggle to find that path. I will assist you to, manage your negative emotions, increase your self esteem, challenge and re frame your unhelpful thoughts and find your own way to a better life. You can expect a fairly up front conversation about who you are, what you struggle with, what your strengths are and what you would like to achieve in counseling. You will meet a therapist in me that will try different ways to make a connection with you.
