As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I work with older children, teens, and adults navigating feelings of anxiety, depression, grief or loss, relationship tension, and major life changes. Life can feel overwhelming when you are carrying responsibilities others may not see. Many clients I have the privilege to serve notice feelings of stress or discouragement and want greater clarity. For younger clients, these feelings may show up at school, at home, or with peers. For adults, these challenges may appear as relationship strain, work stress, unhelpful coping patterns, and a desire for stronger connections and improved well-being.
