As a Licensed Associate Counselor, I provide a warm, non-judgmental space for you to explore challenges, heal from past experiences, and find clarity. My approach is supportive and focused on your unique journey, helping you discover your strengths and work toward meaningful change. I look forward to walking with you on this path of growth and healing. I help clients navigate PTSD, trauma, substance use, anger management, anxiety, depression, and overwhelming emotions. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and EMDR, we’ll transform negative thought patterns, manage stress, and build a path toward healing and confidence. Together, we’ll create practical strategies to inspire clarity and growth.
