We believe that healing happens through the connection between the therapist and client. Life is really hard! Relationships, trauma, loss, life stages, and the daily grind have affected every one of us, but there is healing and a story of reclamation of true self for each of us. Navigating our emotional response to life is tricky and often scary, but we can be empowered to feel victorious in our ability to take care of ourselves.
