My name is Sarah Condon and I have been a Social Worker for many years. During my career, I have worked extensively with elders and their families in a variety of community based settings. As a Psychotherapist, I continue to focus on elders and their families as they navigate ongoing challenges associated with aging. I started Seaglass Elder Counseling with a goal of providing support, helping individuals improve their mental health and working with them toward an enhanced quality of life. Sessions are held in the elder's home to facilitate comfort and encourage openness.
