If you've listened to podcasts or read books about things like nervous system regulation, expanding your window of tolerance, the vagus nerve, and somatic strategies for dealing with trauma, I'm the type of therapist you're looking for! I work with both couples and individuals, incorporating body-based approaches to personal change and transformation. Drawing from training in EMDR, my experience as a meditation teacher, and various embodiment trainings, I help clients move through trauma and attachment wounding in ways that run much deeper than traditional talk therapy. I have specific training in somatic approaches to trauma therapy, EMDR, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples. I am the co-author of the upcoming book: The STARS Talk: A Guide to Conscious Relationships, and am well-versed in supporting relationships that fall outside of current cultural norms, such as LGBTQ+ and ENM.
