I support individuals, primarily young/middle-aged adults and teens, navigating mood disorders, suicidal ideation, trauma, and anxiety/depression. I am especially passionate about supporting individuals from marginalized communities, including Black/African American identities, those involved in the criminal justice system, and neurodivergent populations (Autism/Down Syndrome).
