If you are struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, or you are just feeling overwhelmed by the stress of your daily life I am here to help. Sometimes the biggest barrier is knowing where to start when our mental health is at a low point. I am passionate about guiding and supporting my clients on their path to cope, recover, and change their lives. I utilize a combination of CBT, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and DBT to provide a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach to your care.
