Even high-functioning people can feel like they’re barely holding it together. Anxiety may leave you spinning with worst-case scenarios, while depression can drain your energy and motivation. Add in the strain of relationship challenges—miscommunication, disconnection, or conflict—and it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and alone. With a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I work with individuals to quiet the inner chaos and reconnect with a sense of purpose and emotional balance.
