This trust & safety, toward self examination, uncovers deep hurts & wisdoms - this is the medicine. This is healing process that activates the courage for change. I am known to be unpolished, authentic, candid, yet skilled in building a safe, caring container. My approach comes from a psycho-spiritual lens & Depth Psychology. Combined with very advanced training in complex, developmental, & attachment trauma, relational-attachment, experiential, somatic-embodiment therapy & psychedelic assisted therapy.
