My goal is to create a genuine connection with you and together we can use this therapeutic relationship as our foundation for seeking change, exploration and growth. I lead with a compassionate and empathetic approach, relying on our relationship to guide our sessions. I have found success using a combination of emotion-focused and cognitive-behavioral techniques to understand what messages our minds and bodies are attempting to communicate with us. Giving our emotions their own voice and allowing them to have the space for acceptance without shame helps lead the way to understanding ourselves more deeply.
