Is your current life not what you expected? Do you find yourself in the same patterns or addictions that are no longer fulfilling? Did your partner turn out to not be the person they led you to believe? Is the mirror something you avoid because you can’t stand what you see in the reflection? These questions are often asked on the unexpected detours of life—when our relationships are struggling, we’ve been betrayed, or we’re battling a war no one else is seeing. I’m a therapist who wants to help rebuild a life worth living. I enjoy working with teens and adults battling negative self-talk, relational stressors, and trauma. I have specialized training in the areas of betrayal trauma, eating disorder recovery, food and body image, childhood trauma, relationship difficulties, and life adjustments. I also work well with first responders, and provide a direct approach to therapy.
