I am passionate about helping adolescents and adults navigate their mental health journey. I am a trauma informed therapist and I have experience working with individuals diagnosed with PTSD, depression, anxiety, grief, bipolar, narcissistic abuse survivors and those wanting to work on coping better with life stressors. I am also an EMDR Certified Therapist. I strive to make each of my clients feel safe, comfortable and informed through the process. It’s a brave step to embark on this journey! I come along side each of my clients to help them identify negative thought patterns contributing to the way they view themselves and encourage positive self talk and healthy ways to manage strong emotions. Therapy is a place where you feel heard and empowered, having the tools you need for success and happiness.
