Do your thoughts spiral or loop, leaving you overwhelmed but without clarity? Are you struggling to feel confident in who you are? Since 2008, I’ve supported people in finding meaningful ways to navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, Autism, sensory and social differences, relationship challenges, addictions, and major life transitions. My approach is liberation-oriented and neurodiversity-affirming; grounded in both lived experience (I’m neurodivergent asf) and by using current research. Together, we’ll explore strategies that are authentic, meaningful, and work with, not against, how your mind works. My mission is to support individuals in creating balance and self-understanding in ways that feel authentic, sustainable, and empowering. Whether you're navigating the intensity of OCD doubts, the overwhelm of ADHD executive dysfunction, or the sensory and social complexities of Autism, I offer a warm, grounded space rooted in respect and curiosity.
