We are a faith-based (Catholic) therapy practice, and our passion is to help you heal in order to fully live the life God created you for. Life can be difficult and there are many things that happen. Sometimes it is a diagnosis like anxiety, ADHD, or depression but other times it is too much stress, a life transition, or difficult relationships that causes hardship or pain. Maybe you do not even know what exactly the problem is. We will build awareness, learn and use various tools and strategies to cope, and build the support you need to maintain the positive change.
