As a bilingual therapist with over 25 years of experience, I have supported the well-being of children, adolescents, young adults and families. Working from the foundational perspectives of psychodynamic theory, humanistic psychology and mindfulness practice, I maintain a deep respect and belief in the innate drive and potential of every individual for growth and self-actualization. I approach every client with compassion, curiosity and some measure of challenge to understand their past, their patterns and to create the changes they seek.
