My ideal client is an adolescent (ages 12–17) or an adult (18 and older) who is feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to turn, but knows they want support and change. They may be struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, or the early stages of serious mental illness, including First Episode Psychosis or Early Serious Mental Illness. Many of my clients have experienced complex or long-standing stressors and may feel misunderstood, discouraged, or exhausted from trying to manage everything on their own.
