I am on maternity leave until early September and will not be checking messages. It is an honor to be along the journey of healing & exploration. I am guide in the process, you are the expert of yourself and your experience. If you're not feeling expert, my approach draws out individuals' inner wisdom, and confidence. Working with the mind-body connection, trauma resolution, mindfulness, and the natural world, we are able to co-create new possibilities for living a more enlivened and fulfilling life. Neuroscience and attachment theory highly inform my work and I am ever expanding my knowledge and skill in order to best serve.
