I am a New York State Licensed Psychotherapist and my specialties are working with adults with issues of anxiety, anger, depression, stress, burnout, and men's issues. I view the therapeutic relationship as a collaborative approach where the client sets the goals and the therapist is a trusted partner to guide, assist, uplift, motivate, and support. In my work, I utilize an integrative approach with elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Brainspotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, CBT-I (CBT for Insomnia), Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Mindfulness Interventions.
