I am cultural and social worker caring for people and the planet. As a Social Worker, I approach my work with a deep understanding of the overlapping forces that provoke distress, influence adverse coping mechanisms and negatively impact wellbeing on an individual, familial and societal level. In my trauma-informed, culturally responsive and hopeful work with children, adolescents, adults and families I celebrate inherent strengths people bring to the table and meet them with a holistic approach when exploring topics such as identity formation, transitional complexities, healthy relationships, mood disorders and more.
