Someone tells you that you've got great insight. Now what? "Go to therapy" can mean so many things. It's hard not to talk yourself in circles when you're used to having to explain yourself, take care of everyone else's feelings, or postpone your own comfort to get things done. We do these things to survive, and it would be so much easier if naming our struggles were the only step, instead of just the first one. I specialize in step two, primarily with individuals who are high-masking, balancing a combination of diagnoses, and familiar with the loneliness of living between and beyond society’s margins.
