As a therapist committed to the holistic well-being of my clients, I focus on treating the whole person from a psychosocial-Christ Centered perspective. My practice welcomes adults, teens, couples, and families who are seeking to understand and overcome the challenges affecting their daily lives, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and high conflict situations. My approach is client-centered, drawing from a variety of therapeutic orientations to select the techniques that best meet each individual's unique needs, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) when appropriate.
